Privacy, without the fog

The short version

TaskTron is still warming up. Right now the only personal data we ask for on the public site is your email, so we can put you on the waitlist and invite you when beta opens. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not turn it into a newsletter maze.

If you only remember one thing: your waitlist email exists so we can say thank you once, then say hello when the product is ready.

What we collect from the waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, the time you joined, and basic technical signals needed to keep the form honest (for example your IP, used only for rate limiting so bots cannot flood us).

We do not ask for your name, calendar, tasks, or anything else just to stand in line. Early access should feel light, not like an interrogation.

How we use your waitlist email

Confirmation: you get a short thank-you note so you know you are actually on the list.

Beta invite: when TaskTron opens to early users, we email that same address with access details.

Operational hygiene: we may send a rare, relevant update if the waitlist timing changes in a meaningful way. That is it. No daily digests. No product spam dressed up as inspiration.

What we do not do

We do not sell waitlist emails to advertisers, lead brokers, or anyone else.

We do not share them with third parties for their marketing.

We do not use your address to profile you across the internet. You gave us an email so we can invite you, not so we can stalk your week before you even have an account.

Where it lives and who sees it

Waitlist entries live in our application database, behind the same infrastructure we use to run TaskTron. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the product (for example sending invites or debugging delivery).

Email delivery goes through our transactional email provider. They process the message so it can reach your inbox. They are not free to use your address for their own campaigns.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we close it out after beta invites are done.

If you create an account later, that is a separate relationship with its own data. Joining the waitlist does not automatically create an account.

Your choices

Want off the list? Email [email protected] from the address you used and ask us to delete your waitlist entry. We will remove it.

Changed your mind about beta? Same inbox. Prefer a quieter life until launch? Say so and we will leave you alone.

When the product ships

Once TaskTron accounts exist, we will handle calendar data, tasks, and preferences with the care a personal scheduler deserves. This page will grow with the product.

Until then, the promise is simple: one email to join, one thank-you, one invite when it is time. Your week stays yours.
